Madhya Pradesh Scholarship Portal 2.0: Apply Online Process

Eligible students can apply for scholarships from the official portal of the Madhya Pradesh government. The link of the same is http://scholarshipportal.mp.nic.in. The step-by-step procedure to apply for scholarships is elaborated on below.

 

  • Step 1 - Log on to http://scholarshipportal.mp.nic.in
  • Step 2 - From the ‘students’ corner’ column, click on the ‘Register yourself’ button
  • Step 3 - Read all the necessary guidelines and instructions before accepting the consent. 
  • Step 4 - Fill in the applicant's details and click on the ‘submit’ button to complete the registration.
  • Step 5 - Upon registration, a unique username and password will be generated and sent to your registered email id.
  • Step 6 - Go to the ‘Online schemes’ column and choose the scholarship you wish to apply for.
  • Step 7 - Click on ‘If registered, Login’ here button
  • Step 8 - Now, Login using the ‘username’ and ‘password’ already sent to you
  • Step 9 - Fill in all the required details and upload all the necessary documents
  • Step 10 - Once done, click on the ‘submit’ button to submit the scholarship application form
  • Save the acknowledgement message for future references.

Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana (MMVY), Madhya Pradesh

  • For students with >75% pass percentage in MP state board exams and >85% in CBSE/ICSE boards
  • Family annual income less than ₹6 lakhs a year 
  • The students should have been enrolled in an undergraduate-level course at a government recognised institution or university.
  • Engineering aspirants must have qualified the JEE Mains examination with a rank of less than 50,000.
  • Medical aspirants who have taken admission to a government/private medical/dental/AAYUSH college with NEET marks.
  • Law aspirants must have qualified CLAT examination and obtained admission to an NLU.

Mukhya Mantri Jan Kalyan Yojana (MMJKY), Madhya Pradesh

  • This scholarship is for the wards of people who are classified as unorganised workmen by the Labour Department of the Madhya Pradesh government.
  • Applicants must have taken admission to an undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, polytechnic or ITI programme.
  • Engineering aspirants must have qualified the JEE Mains examination with a rank of less than 1,50,000.
  • Medical aspirants must have taken admission in the MBBS course through JIPMER, AIIMS entrance examination.
  • Law aspirants must have taken admission to NLUs after qualifying the CLAT examination.
  • This scholarship is also applicable for students who have secured admission to government colleges in any undergraduate/integrated postgraduate/dual degree programme.

Post-matric Scholarship Scheme for OBC Students, Madhya Pradesh

  • Students from the Other Backward Classes (OBC) category studying at post-secondary level can apply for this scholarship.
  • Annual income of the family should be less than ₹75,000 (for 100% scholarship) and less than  ₹1,00,000 (for 50% scholarship)

Post-matric Scholarship Scheme for SC Students, Madhya Pradesh

  • Students from the Scheduled Castes (SC) category studying at the post-secondary level can apply for this scholarship.

5.

Post-matric Scholarship Scheme for ST Students, Madhya Pradesh

  • Students from the Scheduled Tribes (ST) category studying at the post-secondary level can apply for this scholarship.
  • The annual income of the family should be less than ₹2,50,000 (for 100% scholarship) and between ₹2,50,000 and INR 6,00,000 (for 50% scholarship).

Model Higher Secondary Schools and Girls Education Complex Scholarship Scheme, Madhya Pradesh

  • Students who have completed their class 5th, 8th, or 10th examination can apply to this scholarship
  • Their percentage of marks scored in the final examination should be 60% and above.
